When you visit
This site provides information about Nekuvo. It does not sign in to your account or read or send messages. It contains no forms, targeted ads or audience analytics added by Hangeul Studio.
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. This involves technical data, including IP address, request, browser and access time, to deliver pages and prevent abuse. These operations may involve processing outside the European Union. Cloudflare privacy policy.
Website delivery and security rely on our legitimate interest in presenting Nekuvo and protecting the service from abuse (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not build browsing profiles.

Retention and transfers
Hangeul Studio does not copy visitor logs into another database. For data processed on our behalf, Cloudflare’s retention criteria are the need to provide and secure the service, or the end of the contractual relationship if earlier. Its own processing follows its privacy policy and applicable legal obligations.
Cloudflare’s transfer safeguards include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Its data processing agreement explains these safeguards; you may also ask us for a copy. Cloudflare data processing agreement.
When you contact us
We use your email address and the information you provide to respond to your request. Emails pass through Cloudflare Email Routing and arrive in our Google mailbox. Assistance relies on our legitimate interest in responding to requests; personal data rights requests rely on our legal obligations.
Support correspondence is deleted no later than 90 days after a request is closed, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires limited retention of relevant information. Rights requests and responses are kept while being processed; only evidence needed to substantiate the response may then be retained for applicable legal periods. The publisher performs this deletion; mailbox purging is not automatic.
Your requests
You can contact Hangeul Studio at the postal address above with a question or to exercise your personal data rights, subject to applicable conditions. You can also contact the CNIL or the relevant authority in your country. CNIL.
Depending on your circumstances, these rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. We normally respond within one month, subject to reasoned extensions allowed by law. This site does not make automated decisions with legal effects.
